Executive Summary
This 24-hour (3-day) course was created by professional curriculum designers to help organizational instructors create and facilitate outcome-based training in which students can apply the knowledge, skills, and attitudes taught.
Students will be able to:
- Effectively use ice breakers
- Established meaningful ground rules and student expectations
- Analyze and apply learner characteristics
- Demonstrate effective classroom facilitation using the 85% Rule©
- Explain how to maximize instructional tools
- Create purposed learning activities
- Explain Blooms taxonomy
- Demonstrate effective presentation skills
- Create student-centered PowerPoint presentations
- Apply technology-based educational tools
