Executive Summary

This 24-hour (3-day) course was created by professional curriculum designers to help organizational instructors create and facilitate outcome-based training in which students can apply the knowledge, skills, and attitudes taught.

Students will be able to:

  • Effectively use ice breakers
  • Established meaningful ground rules and student expectations
  • Analyze and apply learner characteristics
  • Demonstrate effective classroom facilitation using the 85% Rule©
  • Explain how to maximize instructional tools
  • Create purposed learning activities
  • Explain Blooms taxonomy
  • Demonstrate effective presentation skills
  • Create student-centered PowerPoint presentations
  • Apply technology-based educational tools
